任务管理器禁止结束进程(禁止后台进程自动启动)

Popwndexe.exe是瑞星的广告项目。

该软件与“瑞星软件部署系统”相关。软件部署系统的作用是为瑞星的各种产品提供快速、高效、不可更改的升级服务，提高病毒库升级效率，减少资源消耗！

但是开机后，瑞星会提示拦截这个程序，这无异于瑞星放了个乌龙球。估计是瑞星的工程师没把软件设计好。

禁止popwndexe.exe启动的方法

方法1:

[1]开始-运行-输入gpedit.msc，将出现“组策略”-“用户配置-管理模板-系统-

见右边‘不运行指定的Windows应用程序’双击打开-启用-显示-添加-回车。

有些用户没有[管理]选项。方法1是用命令提示符进入安全模式，在命令提示符下输入“regedit”。
